Dr. Ron Ames graduated from SIU, School of Dentistry and received his DMD degree in 1991.
In 1992, he joined Spring Valley Dental Group, in O’Fallon, IL. He has been voted, “Americas Top Dentist” by the Consumer Research Council of America in 2005 – 2006.
Dr. Ames provides comprehensive dental care that includes: General Dentistry, Cosmetic Dentistry, Oral Surgery, and Dental Implants. He works with specialized cases for patients with Neuro-Muscular Disorders, TMJ, and Sleep Apnea.

Dr. Ames believes in giving back, he donates time and services to children in need through Smiles for Kids. He has also been an Overseas Dental Volunteer to provide services in Belize, Central America. He is a School Board Member for St. Teresa School.
Dr. Ames and his family reside in Swansea, IL. He enjoys playing on a Fast pitch softball team, which he sponsors. He is both a soccer and a volleyball coach. In his spare time, he and his wife are avid fans, cheerleaders, and sponsor for their three daughters, that participate in competitive swimming and soccer sports.
