Hi! I’m Dr. Jessica Prograis, and I’m thrilled to be joining Spring Valley Dental Group! In many ways, this feels like coming home—my family and I were actually patients here when I was growing up, and now I have the privilege of caring for smiles in the same community that shaped me.​

O’Fallon Roots and Dental Education

My parents moved to O’Fallon, IL from New York City when I was five years old, and I was raised O-Town strong. I attended Hinchcliffe Elementary, Marie Schaefer Junior High, and O’Fallon High School before heading to the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. From there, I earned my Doctor of Dental Medicine degree at Southern Illinois School of Dental Medicine.

Professional Experience and Philosophy of Care

After graduating dental school, I practiced dentistry at Shiloh Dental Group, just next door, but I’m excited for this new chapter with Spring Valley Dental! As a proud member of the American Dental Association, I’m dedicated to providing quality care with a personal touch.

Life Outside the Office

When I’m not at the office, you’ll find me spending time with my family—especially my twins, Orion and Oriana. My son and I love watching marine life documentaries together, while my daughter keeps me busy with Saturday morning ballet. I also enjoy nature hikes, jogging, and learning about animals (I’m a bit of a zoology enthusiast!).
